🚚 Shipping & Returns Policy


1. Shipping Information

1.1. Delivery AreaWe currently deliver to all countries within the European Union. If you are located outside the EU, please contact us before placing an order: audiopremium@gmail.com.

1.2. Delivery TimeOrders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.Estimated delivery time:

  • Lithuania: 1–3 business days

  • EU countries: 3–7 business days

Please note: delays may occur during holidays or due to external factors (e.g., customs checks or courier issues).

1.3. Delivery MethodsWe ship via trusted courier services such as DPD, Omniva, or Lithuanian Post, depending on the country and package size.

1.4. Shipping CostsShipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order weight.Free shipping is available for orders over a certain value (if applicable – specify in your store).


2. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your package online.


3. Returns & Exchanges

3.1. Return EligibilityYou have the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. The product must be:

  • Unused and in its original packaging

  • In the same condition as when received

3.2. Return ProcessTo request a return, please contact us at audiopremium@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the item.Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return (optional)

  • Photos (if returning a damaged or defective item)

3.3. Return ShippingReturn shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

3.4. RefundsOnce we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing audiopremium@gmail.com with clear photos and your order number. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
